All orders are shipped from our store in Toronto, ON, Canada. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Orders shipped to the US and International destinations will be sent via Canada Post while in transit in Canada and local national carriers once in the destination country.

Shipping costs are based on where the order is being shipped and what speed of service you choose. To get a shipping estimate on the items you are interested in just add them to the shopping cart and then click the “estimate shipping” button on the bottom left of the shopping cart area. Then, follow the instructions of the shipping estimator pop-up window to check what rates and service levels are available for your delivery address. You are not obligated to complete the transaction at this point and you will not be charged for your products or shipping until the final stages of the checkout process. These same shipping rates will be offered to you at checkout, based again on the delivery address that you provide.
Shipping rates are provided directly by Canada Post and are calculated based on their set rates to deliver to your shipping destination. Additional shipping costs may apply. You will be notified in advance of any additional shipment cost that is higher than the cost you chose at the time of purchase.
When to Expect Your Order
Our hours of operation at the Danforth Ave. store location are: Tues-Sat 11am-7pm, Sun 12pm-5pm.
We will pull and pack your order as soon as possible after it is received, usually within 36 hours from when you submit your order, and we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If there we become aware of a delay with your shipment you will be notified via email. We offer several shipping options for you at checkout so you have as many options as possible for shipping costs and delivery times.
Transit times will vary based on the level of service you choose at checkout. The dates indicated beside the shipping method options are approximate and can take longer than stated. Drysdale & Co. is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier (Canada Post), excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. These dates and times above are not guaranteed by Drysdale & Co. or Canada Post and should be read as only as guideline. Drysdale & Co. will not refund or cancel orders if they are not received by the date quoted.
Shipments within Canada
Arrives to you on average in 7 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
Taxes on shipping in Canada apply, by law, as follows:
Shipping Address in ON: 13% HST
Shipping Address in BC: 12% HST
Shipping Address in NS: 15% HST
Shipping Address in in NB & NF: 13% HST applies
Shipments to all other Canadian Destinations: 5% GST applies

The estimated service standards between major urban centres is from 6 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
Small Packet Service:
The estimated service standards to US destinations are:
-Small Packet Air: Arrives to you on average in 6 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
-Small Packet Surface: Arrives to you on average in 6 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS.

International orders are shipped via postal service only. International customers may be charged by your postal service for taxes and duties. Please read site conditions with regards to order acceptance.

-Small Packet Surface: Depending on your location, arrives to you on average in 4 to 8 WEEKS. However, locations in Asia and Australia/Oceania can take UP TO 12 WEEKS by surface.
No taxes on shipping.
Transit & Insurance
Once an order is given to a Canada Post/USPS carrier the item(s) becomes that carrier’s responsibility and Drysdale & Co. is no longer liable. Please visit the Canada Post and USPS Insurance Info pages for detailed information on their policies. A package must be missing for 21 days to be considered lost. Most insured orders need to be signed for upon delivery (usually orders insured for a dollar amount over $49). It is the customer’s responsibility to follow through in obtaining their package, should they not be available to sign for it at the time of delivery.
Please note these exceptions:
Insurance can not cover lost packages due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please check the address your order is being shipped to at checkout and again in the emailed receipt. If you find it is incorrect or would like to double check the address with Drysdale & Co., please email email@example.com immediately. Drysdale & Co. is not responsible for the loss of these packages and will not provide replacements or refunds for these lost packages.
If a delivery confirmation number shows your package as being delivered to your postal/zip code and you still haven’t received it, a claim cannot be filed. Please contact your post office supervisor with the Delivery Confirmation number so they can proceed in an investigation.
If you enter a wrong address at checkout and the package is sent back to us, we will ship it out to you as soon as a correct address is established by the customer (extra shipping fees will be required before reshipment).
Please email us if you have ANY concerns about shipping/transit times and we will give you a projected shipping date.
Returns, Exchanges and RefundsAS OF APRIL 2013 ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
If there is a problem with your order when you receive it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately (within 48 hours from order delivery) and any situations deemed as reasonable and within the Terms of Sale of Drysdale & Co. will be rectified. If an order is undeliverable and is returned to Drysdale & Co in good condition, you will receive a refund. If this occurs because of an error on your part, or by your unavailability, you will not be refunded the shipping costs.

Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, it can only be cancelled within the first 12 hours from the time it has been placed. After that, your order will be in process for packing and shipping. Cancellations granted after this time are subject to a $5 processing/restocking fee. Drysdale & Co. reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason seen as appropriate.
All items are checked for quality before they are packed and shipped to you. If your item arrives to you damaged, please contact us right away. We will always do our very best to make things right for you so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any problems with your purchase. Items that have been used or do not have their original packaging will not be refunded or exchanged. Returns are always subject to inspection and acceptance by us. Refunds will always be made back to you via PayPal.
