As a small independent boutique, our inventory, shipping times, and terms of service reflect the unique nature of the shop. Below you will find information on Drysdale & Co’s Payment & Ordering Terms and Conditions of Use of our Online Store. Please read thoroughly as this information may affect your purchase.

We want your experience of shopping online with us to be enjoyable. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, please telephone us at the store at 416-484-8592 or e-mail us at helpdesk@drysdaleandco.com

We appreciate feedback on our products. If you have any comments or information on items you would like to see us carry, please contact us. We can’t promise that we will be able to deliver on all requests, but we do take the information into consideration when we are buying new product lines.

Be advised that this site is in its beta development stage. Any shortcomings do not represent Drysdale & Co customer service priorities. Please advise us if you experience any issues.

Customer service emails are answered in usually 1 to 3 business days. If you have sent an email and do not receive a reply within 72 hours, chances are your email provider has deemed our domain name as spam and thrown our reply in the bulk/trash folder.

By clicking the “Complete Purchase” button, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions, Shipping & Returns and Privacy information and agree to the terms mentioned therein.

Payments & Ordering

Payments
Drysdale & Co uses PayPal as our payment gateway. Shopping on our site is guaranteed by the PayPal Buyer Protection Program. All credit card orders are processed on PayPal’s secure servers. An account with PayPal is not required to pay with Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover (Discover is available for US customers only).
Drysdale & Co will not receive any of your personal account information. This provides enhanced security and allows for bank payments.

Why does Drysdale & Co use PayPal for payments?
PayPal is a trusted payment processor used by millions around the world. You may use your credit card to pay without having to have a PayPal account. It's secure and you don't have to give out your credit card account details to each merchant you buy from. It's an extra measure of security for you when you purchase from us online.

Currency
As we are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, all prices displayed on this website are in Canadian Dollars. Other currencies are subject to weekly adjustments.
Paid orders are frozen at the currency rate of the day. Exchange rates are calculated by PayPal at the time payment for the order is authourized. Please contact us at helpdesk@drysdaleandco.com if you need any clarification.

Ordering Confirmation
An email confirming your order will be sent to the address you specified in your account. If you make a mistake, contact us immediately via helpdesk@drysdaleandco.com. If your order has already shipped, see Cancellation of Orders. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us immediately.

Cancellation of Orders
We reserve the right to, without giving a reason, cancel any order at any time and credit back to the credit card the appropriate funds spent. You will be notified in this circumstance.
You may cancel an order prior to shipping. If Drysdale & Co. has incurred an expense arising from your order, you will receive a refund minus the expense. Otherwise you will receive a full refund. If your order has shipped, then our refund policy applies.

Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. You are responsible for any orders that have shipped.

Order Status Requests
If at any time, you would like to know the status of your order please email that request to helpdesk@drysdaleandco.com. Please include your name, the date your order was placed, your PayPal email, contact email (if different) and items ordered in the body of the email.

Please Be Patient
Although we always strive to ship according to the above statements please keep in mind that this a small business and the online store is run by one person and shipping times can occasionally be longer than quoted. The dates shown beside the shipping method you choose are provided directly by Canada Post and are an estimate only. If you have any questions regarding the projected shipping day of your order (before or after you place an order), please email helpdesk@drysdaleandco.com and we will let you know.

Back Ordered/Out of Stock Items
If your order includes an item that is back ordered or may take a few extra days to ship, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready. If you want part of your order to ship immediately and prefer to have the back ordered pieces ship as-ready, please order them separately.
If your order includes an item that is out of stock, the rest of the order will be shipped to you and you will only be charged for the items that you receive. We will notify you of any adjustments to your order and your payment prior to shipping your order.

Temporarily Sold Out Items
Since the products listed in the online store are come from the same inventory as the merchandise on the store shelves, it may occasionally occur that an item ordered through the website is unavailable because it was recently sold out in store. We do our very best to ensure that items listed for sale in the online store are in stock but sometimes that is just logistically impossible. As this is the case, with all orders received your payment will not be processed until after we pull the items off our shelves and confirm your order via email.
In this case, you will be able to complete your purchase but you will receive an email from our staff notifying you of the backordered item and advising you of the approximate ship date.

Products Featured on Drysdaleandco.com and our Blog
Currently our Online Store represents a small fraction of what we carry in our brick and mortar store. As we carry thousands of products in our shop, we are not able to add absolutely everything to Online Store. We are however, open to discussing the sale of an item you see on our website or blog that is not available for sale through our web store. Please email us at helpdesk@drysdaleandco.com and describe the items you are interested in. We will be happy to provide you with product information and additional photos, if required. We will do our best to fulfill your requests.


Conditions of Use
By using this website you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions as they then read. This agreement also includes whoever you represent (including companies). It is your responsibility to read and understand them. You attest that you have reached the age of majority where you live and you can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

Drysdale & Co. shall not be liable for any damages or injuries whatsoever arising out of or relating to the use of this web site, any web site linked to this web site or any products purchased, whether or not such damages or injuries might be foreseeable and whether or not Drysdale & Co. or any of its Associates has been negligent. Product descriptions are merely observations and do not form a guarantee, warranty or agreement on our part.

Your Obligations and Conduct of Conduct
You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as may be prompted by a registration form on the Website (the "Registration Data"); (b) maintain the security of your password and identification; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any information you provide to Drysdale & Co., to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (d) accept all risks of unauthorized access to information and Registration Data. You have sole responsibility for adequate protection and backup of Registration Data.
You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct and accept any costs related any errors on your part. You are responsible for payment of anything including shipping costs of anything that is ordered and shipped using your login and password.

Drysdale & Co. is not under any obligation to verify the actual identity or authority of any person using Registration Data to access and use this website.
